Η μέγγενη κεντραρίσματος CV-80 είναι το τέλειο εργαλείο όταν πρόκειται για τη σύσφιξη των τεμαχίων εργασίας σε μια μηχανή CNC.

Το τεμάχιο εργασίας στερεώνεται με ακρίβεια ανάμεσα στις δύο σιαγόνες της μέγγενης του μηχανήματος. Καθώς και οι δύο σιαγόνες κλείνουν ταυτόχρονα, τα τεμάχια εργασίας διαφορετικού μεγέθους με κεντρικό σημείο μηδέν μπορούν εύκολα να συσφίγγονται κεντρικά προς την κατεύθυνση των σιαγόνων.

Η κλίμακα στις σιαγόνες του CV-80 διευκολύνει ακόμη περισσότερο την τοποθέτηση του τεμαχίου εργασίας. Η μέγγενη κεντραρίσματος CV-80 απαιτεί τραπέζι T-Slot και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί μαζί με τις σειρές D (D.420, D.600 και D.840), M-Series και Q-Series.

The centering vice CV-80 is the perfect tool when it comes to clamping workpieces on a CNC machine. The workpiece is accurately secured between the two jaws of the machine vice. As both jaws close simultaneously, workpieces of different size with centric zero point can be easily clamped centrally in direction of the jaws. The scale on the jaws of the CV-80 facilitates the positioning of the workpiece even more.

The centering vice CV-80 requires a T-Slot table and can be used together with the D-Series (D.420, D.600 and D.840), M-Series and Q-Series.
